Shipping policy

All orders ship from our Coventry, Rhode Island studio.  Most orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 24 hours.  The exception is any order placed Friday afternoon or later - these orders will be processed on Monday. Any order over 200 pins may require additional processing time.  We ship all orders using either the Postal Service or UPS and your delivery time will depend on your distance from Rhode Island.  You have your choice of:
 
USPS First Class Mail - delivery 1-7 business days from shipment date
USPS Priority Mail - click HERE to determine your delivery time (1-3 Business Days)
UPS Ground - click HERE to determine your delivery time (1-5 Business Days)
UPS 2nd Day Air - delivery by end of the day on 2nd business day after order ships
UPS Next Day Air - delivery by noon on next day after order ships
 
You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order with a tracking number. 
 
International Orders
 
We ship to most countries worldwide.  All taxes and/or duties levied by your country are additional and must be paid directly by you at the time of delivery.  As every country has different tax law, we cannot quote on what the taxes due will be.  For more information you must contact your local authority.  We ship international orders through the Postal Service.  You have your choice of:
 
International 1st Class Mail - delivery 10-15 business days from shipment date
International Priority Mail - delivery 3-10 business days from shipment date
International Express Mail - delivery 1-5 business days from shipment date
Sales Tax
 
7% RI sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to addresses within Rhode Island and all purchases made at our studio. 
Refunds & Returns
 
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost.  We quarantee the quality of our pieces forever. We cannot accept partial returns.  Orders over 200 pieces are produced to order and will incur a 10% restocking charge.  Please contact us at (800)423-9099 or email orders@jimclift.com with your order number to receive an Return Authorization or for more information.
